Refund Policy
This policy explains our refund procedures and complements our Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood both documents before participating in gameplay.
- Refunds will not be granted for funds subject to wagering requirements or other restrictions.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the disputed transaction.
- Each refund request will undergo a thorough investigation, and you will be informed of the outcome once the process is complete.
- If you deposited funds using a credit or debit card and the withdrawal amount is equal to or less than your deposit, we reserve the right to process the refund back to the same card. Any excess amount will be refunded via an alternative payment method.
- Refunds may be withheld, or transactions reversed, until your identity has been fully verified to our regulators’ satisfaction. This ensures the validity of any payment following a refund.
- You may be required to provide notarized or certified identification in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If this is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, your refund will not be processed, your account will be closed, and any remaining funds will be forfeited. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.
