Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between the Operator and approved Affiliate partners promoting our brands.

1. Definitions

FTD (First Time Depositor): A new player who registers via an approved affiliate tracking link and makes a first deposit meeting the agreed qualification threshold.

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): A one-time payment for each qualified FTD.

RevShare (Revenue Share): A percentage of Net Gaming Revenue generated by referred players.

GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue): Total bets minus total wins.

NGR (Net Gaming Revenue): GGR minus bonus costs, applicable gambling taxes, and any confirmed fraudulent transactions.

Admin Fee: A 12% administrative fee applied to NGR.

NNCO (No Negative Carryover): Negative monthly balances do not carry forward to subsequent months.

2. Commission Structure

The commercial model may consist of CPA, Revenue Share, or a Hybrid structure (CPA + RevShare), as agreed in writing between the parties.

Specific percentages, thresholds, and commercial terms are defined in the individual agreement with each Affiliate.

3. CPA Qualification

A player qualifies as an FTD when:

  • The player registers through the Affiliate's unique tracking link.
  • The player makes a cumulative deposit meeting the agreed baseline threshold.
  • The player is not self-excluded, fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of casino terms.

CPA is paid once per qualified player.

4. Revenue Share Calculation

Revenue Share is calculated monthly as follows:

NGR x (1 − 12% Admin Fee) = Commissionable Revenue

Commissionable Revenue x Agreed RevShare % = Affiliate Commission

Revenue Share applies for the lifetime of referred players unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. High Roller Policy

A player is classified as a High Roller when their individual negative NGR contribution to an Affiliate's account exceeds EUR 5,000 in a single calendar month.

When this threshold is met, the negative NGR generated by that player in the respective month shall be capped at EUR 5,000 for commission calculation purposes. The excluded balance does not carry forward and does not offset positive revenue generated by other referred players in the same or future periods.

This policy applies per player, per calendar month, and is assessed at the time of monthly commission calculation.

6. No Negative Carryover

Affiliate accounts operate under a No Negative Carryover (NNCO) model. Negative balances in a given month do not carry forward.

7. Tracking & Attribution

  • Players must register via the Affiliate's unique tracking link.
  • First-touch attribution applies unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Operator's tracking system serves as the official reporting source.
  • The Operator reserves the right to audit traffic quality and investigate suspicious activity.

8. Compliance & Promotion Rules

Affiliates must:

  • Comply with applicable gambling advertising regulations.
  • Respect geo-restrictions and licensing limitations.
  • Promote responsible gambling.
  • Avoid misleading, deceptive, or spam-based marketing practices.

Brand bidding, unauthorized incentives, or fraudulent activity may result in commission withholding or termination.

9. Payments

  • Commissions are calculated monthly.
  • Payments are made within 30 days after month-end.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply as specified in the commercial agreement.
  • The Operator may delay payments pending fraud investigation for a period not exceeding 90 days, after which any undisputed amounts shall be released.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.

Immediate termination may occur in cases of fraud, regulatory breach, or reputational harm.

Upon termination, any CPA already qualified and payable at the date of termination remains due. Revenue Share shall cease to accrue from the end of the calendar month in which termination takes effect, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. In cases of fraud, material breach, or regulatory non-compliance by the Affiliate, all outstanding amounts may be withheld or forfeited at the Operator’s discretion.

11. Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms with a minimum of 30 days written notice to Affiliates. Continued participation in the affiliate programme following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the law in force in the state of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan, to the exclusion of any other forum or jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
